Description
Macro qui crée un projet Oriflamms (une arborescence de répertoires) à partir d'un fichier XML-TEI au format XML-Oriflamms.

La macro prend 3 paramètres :- le fichier XML-Oriflamms
- un fichier XSL optionnel de pré-traitement du fichier XML-Oriflamms
- le chemin vers un dossier contenant les images (optionnel)

Le suffixe "-w" n'est toujours pas retiré des identifiants (mots, surfaces, pages, colonnes, etc.), contrairement à la spec.

Si le champ "fichier XSL" est vide, la macro doit fonctionner normalement (pour le moment elle plante).
Si le fichier indiqué dans le champ "XSL" n'existe pas, il faut affichier un warning.

Il faut ajouter la copie des fichiers image (optionnelle) dans le projet oriflamms (voir la dernière version de Spec)
