Description
It may be useful to provide a feature to help user to send us diagnostic/log files in case of problem with TXM.
First proposal:- see and complete: https://groupes.renater.fr/wiki/txm-info/public/txm_debug
=> this page could be especially useful for developers integrating the TXM development or as a reminder since TXM log files are dispatched in various places - provide a simple way to run TXM with all logs activated (diagnostic mode)
=> since the first launch of TXM from a fresh install, especially useful for the developers - create a command to retrieve and to compress all log files of TXM
- create a command to send us mail with attached log files (maybe a simple link to the client email application as the HTML mailto functionality)

Nous avons évoqué la question de la procédure de signalisation de problème lors de notre dernière discussion MD+SJ+SLH. À été évoquée l'idée de créer deux nouvelles commandes pour la simplifier - entrées du menu Aide : - "Enregistrer l’activité" (pour envoi ultérieur de la configuration et du journal) - "Envoyer le journal" (à l'équipe TXM) Ça suppose bien sûr des précisions sur le mode de transfert utilisé, les destinataires de tels envois et du caractère anonyme des informations.
