Description

Currently, the commands log filename is built as 'TXM-YYYY-mm-JJ.log', where the "mm" value is the minutes value.

Also, the records date is using the "mm" format instead of the "MM"

Solution

Replace the 'mm' part by the month (MM) value, to get 'TXMWEB-YYYY-MM-JJ.activity'

The confusion month/minutes is still present in TXM-WEB 0.6.3 (txm-bfm.huma-num.fr) instance.
It can be found both in the log file names and in the records (minutes used for months in the 'date' column and months used for minutes in the 'hour' column.

As of txm-test.huma-num.fr/txm/ portal instance (0.6.3, last update 2022-11-28), the toolbox logs are still named using minutes instead of months.
Activity logs are named correctly and the date is displayed correctly in the date column.
