Description

Old FR notes, need to recheck in the last TXM version and maybe in other Ubuntu/Java version. Also need to check if this behavior occurs with all charts or only with specificities bar chart:

en mode bâtons : l'escamot (=tool tip) ne s'affiche pas toujours ; certains escamots restent en permanence,
 et même quand on change d'onglet (on les retrouve alors sur l'AFC, le tableau de chiffre des spécifs...),
 ou quand on change de bureau virtuel [...]
Matthieu pense que cela pourrait être lié au fait que j'ai un vieux java (car vieil ubuntu 12.04).

SJ: BUG: pour le bug de Bénédicte, afficher un tool tip sous Linux puis faire Alt + tab, effectivement le tooltip reste affiché

I can not reproduce the tool tip persistence problem on Ubuntu 13.04 (VM) with 0.7.7.
Note about the tool tips that don't appear: for the tool tips appear, the component must have the focus. If user clicks outside the editor, then move the mouse over a bar, it's normal that the tool tips don't appear. You have to click back in the editor to get the focus.

But normally the mouse wheel zoom shouldn't work too when the component has not the focus. At this moment, it seems there's still a focus bug under Linux because the mouse wheel zoom works even if the component has not the focus. It's linked to the general focus bugs platform/Java version dependent. I need to do more tests when we'll embed JVM.
