Description
It seems Ubuntu setup can not be installed as root user, it may needs more tests to confirm.
As root:
- Ubuntu Software freeze (even without proxy)
- If trying to install with "dpkg", the R packages installation fails (only under proxy) because of the command "sudo R" which try to change user. Then R do not find the system proxy configuration anymore (don't know why ATM).
(The tests have been made with an Ubuntu 13.04 VM)
We may consider this as a bug or just mention it somewhere in the documentation ?
