Add the export feature to the specificities command : https://groupes.renater.fr/wiki/txm-info/public/specs_dev_gwt/commands/specificities
* add an "export" button next to the settings button: OK button
* export the all tables content as TXM 0.8.2 (columns must be recombined): OK recombined)
* rename "index" column to "score": OK "score"
* rename "f" columns to the part's name: OK name
