Retrieve the Cooccurrence code of TXM 0.8.2 to fix the bugs of the portal version of the cooccurrences command :
* use same default parameters as TXM 0.8.2
** fix the context sizes: OK sizes
* don't show the negative scores: OK
* frequences should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK
* co-frequences should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK
* scores should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK
* distances should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK
* fix column formats: OK
* fix result refresh when the "word/structure" parameter is changed: OK
* rename the "score" column to "score/indice": OK "score/indice"
* fix default 'descending' sort column to the "score/indice" column: OK column
