Retrieve the Cooccurrence code of TXM 0.8.2 to fix the bugs of the portal version of the cooccurrence command :
* use same default parameters as TXM 0.8.2
** fix the context sizes
* don't show the negative scores: OK
* frequences should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK
* co-frequences should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK ALMOST
* scores should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK
* distances should be the same as TXM 0.8.2: OK ALMOST
* fix column formats: OK
* fix result refresh when the "word/structure" parameter is changed: OK
