Retrieve the Cooccurrence code of TXM 0.8.2 to fix the bugs of the portal version of the cooccurrence command :
* use same default parameters as TXM 0.8.2
** fix the context sizes
* don't show the negative scores
* frequences and scores should be the same as TXM 0.8.2
* fix column formats
* fix result refresh when the "word/structure" a parameter is changed
