Mis à jour par Matthieu Decorde il y a plus de 4 ans

* rename "enq1", "enq2", etc. text metadata columns to "interviewer-id-regex" (only one parameter)
* use a regexp instead of a strict match
* rename the "removeInterviewer" import parameter to "indexInterviewer"
** default value = "true"
