Add a 0.7.9 compatibility option to patch a 0.8.1 corpus for TXM 0.7.9 and thus TXM portal 0.6.3 (and less)
The option is
* a choice check widget with values 0.8.0, 0.7.9 (boolean value)
* is shown after the files options
* 0.8.0 is not selected by default
* its label is
** EN "export in TXM 0.7.9 binary format"
** FR "exporter au format binaire TXM 0.7.9"
If checked the option will :
* recreate the "import.xml" file
