Change the online manual manuel access scheme: scheme :
- from menu Help > Read online manual
- if http://<website>/html/doc/manual/<current version>/index.html exists --> load
- if not if http://<website>/html/doc/manual/<knowned previous version>/index.html exists --> load
- if not --> error
