To reproduced:
* install TXM 0.7.7
* create a TXM dock icon from the TXM 0.7.7 unity launcher
* run TXM 0.7.7 with the dock icon
* install TXM 0.7.8
* run TXM with the dock icon
** TXM 0.7.8 don't do its post-installation steps
* run TXM with the TXM 0.7.8 unity launcher
** TXM 0.7.8 do its post-installation steps

Test if the bug still appears in recent Ubuntu (Unity has been stopped since Ubuntu 16.04)
