add third party and libraries credits to the about dialog and setups
In TXM 0.7.9, re-structuration, the libraries and third party software are wrapped in RCP plugins and so :
* SJ: For the libs in about dialog, it may be done automatically by retrieving all the installed org.txm.libs plug-ins info. The bundle classes should provide some methods to get these information.
