Extract and move messages to plug-ins.
Also check the shared strings and move them in other plug-in if needed.

Core translation FR, EN => OK
Core translation RU => partial

UI translation FR, EN => OK
UI translation RU => partial, but the missing keys key are not used

Strings sharing => OK

See FIXME in: /org.txm.cah.rcp/src/org/txm/cah/rcp/messages/CAHUIMessages.java
Some keys/values are not used. Remove or use them.
