Add some chart rendering and display preferences.
h3. TBX/RCP charts engine global scope preferences and preferences page
* Rendering color mode [done for JFC] [also see: http://forge.cbp.ens-lyon.fr/redmine/issues/818]
** Colors
** Grayscale
** Black and white
* Display title [done for JFC]
* Display legend [done for JFC]
* Display grid
* Display axis titles
* Display axis values
* Font selection [is there any font preference defined otherwhere in TXM that we could match/use?]
* Charts items opacity [especially useful for the CA]
h3. TBX/RCP command scope preferences and preferences pages (same as above but applying by result chart type, in command scope)
* partition dimensions [done for JFC]
** Display part size in title [done for JFC/R]
** Sort the parts by size [done for JFC/R]
* specificities chart [done for JFC]
** transpose

* CAH
* CA
* CA singular values
h3. TBX/RCP local scope preferences/parameters (same as above but applying by editor, in local/result scope, which we could name "dynamic edition")
Need to define if we offer to access all the rendering preferences in the editor scope (in tool bar for example). This could be useful since we export the view as is. Also useful for printing.
