Add keyboard shortcuts to scale and pan in the charts.
Zooming/scaling: Scaling:
* CTRL/CMD +
* CTRL/CMD -

Panning:
* CTRL/CMD + Arrows keys

h3. Validation tests

* create some charts with JFC charts engine
* zoom and pan with keyboard using the above specified keys
* create some charts with R charts engine
* zoom and pan with keyboard using the above specified keys
