We need to build an import parameters UI to allow the user to choose the tag used for pagebreaks.
First step to do that is to transfer 'editionpage' import option from 'import.properties' parameter file to 'import.xml' parameter file management.
If possible, rename 'editionpage' option to 'pagebreakTag' in the process.
