Add keyboard shortcuts to scale and pan in the charts.
Scaling:
* CTRL/CMD +
* CTRL/CMD -

Panning:
* Arrows keys

* create some charts with JFC charts engine
* zoom and pan with keyboard
* create some charts with R charts engine
* zoom and pan with keyboard
