UI Emergency button - Console : Ease access to ease the RCP windows manual layout (reset)

# add entry "Reset windows" Console (instead of having to browse down the "Others..." menu entry)
- Reset perspective (FR: "Réinitialiser les fenêtres") in the la perspective") : reset opened views main menu and editors
