TXM can encounter proxy issues at various moments :
* during installation:
** dependencies installation (Linux) -> OS configuration
** installation of R packages (Linux + Mac OS X) -> R configuration
* during first launch of TXM
** java proxy must configure itself (All) -> RCP configuration
** updates are fetch during start-up (All) -> RCP configuration
** welcome page is shown -> RCP configuration
* during next launches of TXM:
** updates are fetch during start-up (All) -> RCP configuration
** when user call the "Check R packages" command -> R configuration
