In the TBX:
The "description" field of the import parameter (in import.xml) is not enough to document a corpus.
Remove the "description" attribute and add 3 elements : description, copyright and licence.

In the RCP:
We should add 3 fields (TextArea) at the bottom of the import editor :
* Description
* Copyright
* Licence

Each field can be pre-filled with values :
