h3. Solution

- change dependency "libtiff5" libtiff5 to "libtiff5|libtiff6"
- change dependency "libjpeg8" to "libjpeg8|xyz??" libtiff5|libtiff6
- check if it does not break the Ubuntu 20.04 and 22.04 compatibility
