1- Update the README.md file detailing huma-num specifics parameters and installation procedure for any Ubuntu 18.04 -> 20.04 server
2- Build a release in the gitlab repository
3- publish in gitlab/txm/textometrie: https://txm.gitpages.huma-num.fr/textometrie/files/software/TXM%20portal/
4- announce in txm-admin
